400mg of Exocarp Garcinia mangostana powder (Halal) per capsule. Manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

DOSAGE
Adults
1-2 capsules, 3 times a day to be taken before or after meals or follow doctor’s prescription.
Children
For 5-12 years old, to be taken half adult dosage.
