#1 Xanteen

  • How do I consume Xanteen?
    If you’re starting out, it is recommended to consume either 2 tablets x 3 times a day; or 3 tablets x 2 times a day. After 3-4 months of regular intake, you may consume 2 tablets x 2 times a day for general maintenance. Please be reminded to take your daily dose with meals.

 

  • When should I take my daily dose?
    For optimal absorption, we generally recommend that you take your daily dose with a meal and enough water! You don’t need to take it with the same meal everyday, but your stomach should be lined to ensure no unwanted tummy aches and optimal absorption!

 

  • When does it expire?
    Xanteen is safe for up to a year after the manufacturing date (indicated by MFG on the bottom of each bottle), after which we recommend disposing of them responsibly!

 

  • Is Xanteen halal?
    Xanteen is halal-certified –please see our certification here.

 

  • Does Xanteen have the KKM Certification?
    Yes, Canteen is duly registered with the KKM –please see our certification here.

 

  • Is Xanteen safe for pregnant women / breastfeeding mothers?
    As Xanteen is 100% plant-derived, it’s generally safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. You can access the complete ingredients list on the product page and we definitely recommend consulting your doctor before consuming any natural health products, even Xanteen. .

 

  • How long will it take to see results?
    Consistency is key and a daily dose of minerals, vitamins, and herbs that your body needs is, unfortunately, not an overnight fix! Results may vary for each individual – we have testimonials that saw effects kicking in as early as 3 days (with consistent daily consumption). We would love to say that you will begin to see changes within a week or two, but real change will truly only begin after 3-4 months of consistent consumption!

 

  •  How do I store Xanteen?
    Xanteen is room temperature stable! That being said, given the humidity and heat in Malaysia, we’d recommend storing them out of direct sunlight, in a cool, dark place.

  • What type of payment does Supersihat.Store accept?

    We accept the following payments:

  • I would like to order but I don’t have a credit card or an online banking account. Do you accept Cash-on-Delivery or other payment options?
    Currently, we only accept the payment methods as stated above.

    Alternatively, you may try purchasing via our Shopee / TikTok page and opt for Cash-on-Delivery (if the option is made available on either platform).

 

  • I want to order, do you have a distributor?
    At this point in time, we only retail through our online channels and have no physical distributors. However, deliveries are usually quite quick and we typically get orders to customers within 3-5 business days (the fastest option would be via DHL express).

 

  • I want to order, but I need it urgently. Can I arrange for either same-day delivery or opt for pick-up / self-collection?
    Self-collection in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam (Selangor) may be arranged subject to our availability and discretion.

    Same-day delivery may be arranged within Klang Valley (via Grab or Lalamove) subject to extra charges.

    If you have any urgent requests, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

 

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & TRACKING

  • How soon are purchases processed for delivery?
    All orders will be processed for delivery and shipped out  within 1–3 working days* after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

    Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

 

  • When will I receive my order?
    Delivery within Malaysia takes around 2–5 working days* depending on your location.

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    *Working days do NOT include weekends or any public holiday. 

 

  • What are your shipping options?

     

    We offer standard shipping and express shipping options.

    Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 working days; and Express shipping (via DHL Express) typically takes 1 day.

    Please note that there will be extra fees charged for express shipping.

 

  • What are your shipping charges?

     

    For our newsletter subscribers

    Orders in Malaysia (East & West!) enjoy free standard shipping* if you subscribe to our newsletter**.

    *For express shipping via DHL Express, the extra charges will be displayed at checkout.
    **At the checkout page, please type in the free shipping code provided in our latest newsletter.

     

    For non-subscribers

    Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

  • Do you ship to East Malaysia (Sabah / Sarawak)?
    Yes, we currently ship our products to East & West Malaysia for a flat shipping fee.

    (FREE standard shipping if you subscribe to our newsletter).

 

  • Do you ship internationally?
    If you’d like to make an order for delivery outside of Malaysia, please email us at [email protected].

 

  • How can I track my order?
    You can track your order here by keying in your order details (Email Address & Order Number). Once your order is sent out you will be emailed a tracking link to keep tabs of your parcel.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

 

  • Does Supersihat.Store offer refunds or returns?
    Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to process returns and refunds after purchase.

    In the unfortunate case where you’ve received an incorrect order or a faulty / damaged* item in any way, please email us as soon as possible at  [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

DAMAGES

Supersihat.Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

However, we’ll address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

As for any other extenuating circumstances, purchases made are final and cannot be returned, or refunded.

 

  • Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel your order. However, you have the option to be issued a voucher code instead (as per your payment amount) that you can use for your next order on our website.

If you have made a successful purchase and would like to modify your order, please immediately email us at  [email protected] ; we may be able to modify it if your order has not been processed.

  • Can I change the delivery address once my order is submitted?

Please contact us immediately if there are any changes in your address, we may be able to change it if your order has not been processed. However, we cannot guarantee changes can be made after the order has been processed for shipping.

 

  • I’ve opted for shipping but can I change to pick-up / self-collect?

We’re sorry, but no. If you’ve opted for Shipping – your order is automatically linked to our fulfillment and delivery processes and we won’t be able to change your chosen option.

 

SALES & SERVICE TAX

SuperSihat.Store is based in Malaysia and we are required by law to charge Sales and Service Tax on all orders shipped to customers within Malaysia.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Supersihat.Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All  fees imposed (tariffs & taxes) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

  • How to get discount / promo codes?
    Sign up for our newsletter below. New subscribers will get 10% off their first purchase above RM150. Our subscribers are also eligible for free standard shipping within Malaysia.

  • How to use discount / promo codes?
    Discount or promo codes are valid for use on Supersihat.Store only. Codes from SuperSihat.Store or Supersihat.Store’s social media are not valid or applicable for the Supersihat store on Shopee (unless otherwise specified). Codes are one-time use only, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Codes are not valid for previous purchases.

 

  • Can I send Xanteen as a gift?
    Of course! Please opt for the “Send as a Gift” when you add the order to the shopping cart and leave your message at the ‘Remarks to Seller’ section. We will print out your message on a card for free and include it in the box.

    Additional options upon request (fancy gift box / gift-wrap / gift bag / ribbons etc) may be subject to extra charges.

 

  • Can I become an agent or a dropship agent?
    We’d love to expand our reach once we have the inventory, logistics and systems sorted out. Please drop us a message at: [email protected] and we will include you in the agents’ waiting list.

 

  • Can I promote Xanteen as an influencer on social media?
    YES! Please contact us via email [email protected] ; or Instagram direct message  with your social handle (and rate card if available) so that we can reach out to you.
